In 2018 as a new era in health services in Indonesia. 10 Hospitals are the pioneers of Sharia Hospitals. One of them is the Hospital of Amal Sehat Wonogiri. The first hospital in the area of the former Surakarta residency that has a sharia concept. Sharia hospitals as hospitals that have plus points when compared to ordinary hospitals. Sharia hospitals must meet the accreditation requirements of the Ministry of Health and the National Board of Sharia (DSN).
This study was conducted to determine the practice of organizing the Hospital of Amal Sehat Wonogiri and the implementation fatwās of the Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) represented by the National Board of Sharia (DSN) on guidelines for organizing sharia-based hospitals at Hospital of Amal Sehat Wonogiri. The research methodology is used with field research methods, by collecting data both from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by conducting direct observations, interviews and documentation. Data is processed by analysis of Miles & Huberman then drawn conclusions with deductive.
The results of this study indicate that Hospital of Amal Sehat Wonogiri has qualified as a sharia hospital. However, in the implementation fatwās of the Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) represented by the National Board of Sharia (DSN) on guidelines for organizing hospitals based on sharia principles there are still several findings. Hospital of Amal Sehat Wonogiri has not fully used the Agreement contained in the Fatwa, Health workers in providing services to patients are not yet according to procedure, the Hospital still receives funds from related parties using conventional financial institutions.
